To get started, complete and submit our online inquiry. A representative will reach out to you to discuss the steps outlined below, answer questions, and provide more information regarding the franchise opportunity. 

1. Inquiry and Discussion

Upon contacting us, a representative will reach out to you to discuss details of the franchise, answer any questions, and provide additional information.

2. Request for Consideration

After our initial call, we will provide you with a franchise application. The franchise application will be reviewed and you will be disclosed with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides important details regarding the Sweet Factory franchise opportunity.

3. Franchise Disclosure Document 

You will review the FDD and any questions with a franchise representative, and return the FDD receipt.

4. On-site Tour

An on-site store tour will be scheduled. You will gain valuable insight into daily operations with key company representatives.

5. Sign franchise agreement 

Franchise agreement will be prepared and provided for your signature to move forward with the process.

6. Site Selection 

We have established site criteria to properly evaluate locations and we put that expertise to work for all franchise owners.

7. Design and Construction 

We will make available to you at no charge, our standard plans and specifications for a prototypical store, including exterior and interior design and layout, fixtures, furnishings, and signs.

8. Training 

We are committed to providing a training program that covers the following subjects: customer service, store standards, store organization, POS training, opening and closing, employee scheduling, merchandising, project management, office administration, physical inventory, and much more.

9. Grand Opening and Ongoing Support 

Our goal is to equip you with all the tools you need to run a successful operation. Our team of experts in Real Estate, Merchandising, Design, Construction, and Operations are always ready to help you. Site visits are conducted periodically to make sure your store is delivering the premium candy buying experience. In addition, you will have a Franchise Trainer with you during your store opening.
